Investors' Relationship Committee
The Board of Directors of the Company has constituted investors' Relationship Committee. This Committee is responsible for the satisfactory redressal of investors' complaints and recommends measures for overall improvement in the quality of investor services. Company Secreatry is designated as the "Compliance Officer" who oversees the satisfactory clearance of the investors' grievances.
