What manufacturing plant we have
We have a modern state-of-art plant with 6700 ton per day clinker production capacity. The plant is composed of about 60% Chinese components and 40% European components that have already been proved and tested worldwide including Pakistan. Specialized equipments and parts like raw mill, coal mill, electrical instruments, packing plant are Europe origin. We also have in-house power generation plant of 38MW.

We have quarry of prime limestone and shale, main ingredient of cement, having reserves sufficient for 200 years. A 13.5 Km long state-of-art conveyor belt can transport 1200 ton per hour of raw materials from quarry hill down to pre-blending yard. This down-hill conveyor belt also generates electricity up to 1.1 MW (approx.) which makes it self-sufficient in energy consumption during its operation.

Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) Plant is also under test-phase which will generate electricity upto 12MW from the waste hot gases of the process and 8MW from coal-fired system.

We have contracted with CITIC China for installation of another line of 8000 ton per day clinker production capacity along with additional waste heat recovery plant which will increase the clinker production capaity to 14700 ton per day. Work on this project has been started.
